As part of DP World’s EMERGE PLUS, EMERGE, and GROW Leadership Development Programmes across the GCC, Miki Island was used as one of the experiential tools to help leaders build the mindsets and behaviours needed for high-performing teams.
These programs – designed and delivered in partnership with top-tier collaborators including the National University of Singapore (NUS) 🎓- aimed to empower the next generation of leaders to drive innovation and operational excellence across the trade and logistics sector.
Within this broader journey, Miki Island brought a unique experiential layer to the learning process. Through immersive, game-based simulation, participants were able to:
